Policies

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

At Liora, we strive to provide every guest with exceptional service and a peaceful experience. To protect the time of both our team and our clients, we require a 50% deposit—payable by credit card or Liora’s gift card—for the following appointments:

  • New guests

  • Clients with a history of missed appointments

  • Spa packages

  • NovaLash full sets

  • Microblading

  • Multiple services or group bookings
     

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so—or not showing up for your appointment—will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future services in full and will be charged 100% of the service cost for missed appointments.
 

Liora reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure fairness for all guests and staff.

Service Animal Policy

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, Liora only permits service animals as defined by the ADA. This includes animals that are individually trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not permitted. Proof of service status may be requested.
